The main objective of the project is to learn and exchange good practice
between partners in building and developing
contacts and international cooperation through electronic tools and
personal contacts and
digital competences for digital transformation.
The intermediate objective will be to present to the Italian side
non-formal adult education in the Podlaskie labour market
based on the experience of the Foundation’s staff and the integrated
project Comprehensive system of developing competences and
skills of adults according to the needs of the regional economy. The
project involved enabling the financing of
adult education and training services – project value of PLN 47.7
million funded under the ROP of the
Podlaskie voivodeship. We will share with the Italian partner how to
plan, prepare and implement an
innovative integrated project for adults using electronic tools
(planning and
construction of an online project enrolment system).
The aim of the tasks carried out in the project is to acquire new
knowledge about digital competences of people from NGOs
NGOs involved in the implementation of projects, including international
projects. In the future, this will result in
creating the basis for the design of networks, cooperation, support and
necessary activities and services supporting the
project implementation.
